Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Summit Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
