Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Fernwood Vista Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Milwaukee. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
