Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood West Care Services Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
