Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Quarry Care Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
