Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
