Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Greenridge Fox Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
