Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Highbridge Wren Care Services supports families and individuals in Baltimore with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
