Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Nova Sable Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around San Diego, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
