Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook River Financial Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
