Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Fern Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
