Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Ridge Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
