Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Clearpath Pine Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around vendor spend and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
