Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Clearpath Ridge Medical is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around clinical evaluations and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
