Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cross Facilities Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
