Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Foxglove Granite Financial Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
