Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Westbrook Fox Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
