Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Westbrook Beacon Markets serves neighbourhoods around Columbus with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
