Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Amberfield Harbor Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
