Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Cedar Pike Financial is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
