Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Westbrook Ridge Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Rochester. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around clinical evaluations and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
