Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Willow Medical and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around device records and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
