Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Northwind Nest Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Charlotte, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
