Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Northwind Iron Medical is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
