Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Silverline Haven Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Birmingham, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
