Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Corner Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
