Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Amberfield Sable Financial is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
