Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Amberfield Drift Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Detroit, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 562 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
