Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Highbridge Ember Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
