Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Lumen Juniper Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
