Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Vista Markets and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
