Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Lumen North Insurance is an insurance company in Minneapolis with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
