Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Cedar Corner Medical designs and makes medical devices in Miami, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
