Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Bright Care Services provides in-home and community support in Charleston, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
