Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Cedar River Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Wichita producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 266 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
