Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Union Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 365 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
