Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Westbrook Beacon Markets Group is a Oakland retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
