Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Fernwood Loom Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around St. Louis. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
