Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Cedar Clear Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Richmond. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
