Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Haven Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
