Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Bluepeak North Markets is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around online orders and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
