Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Amberfield Juniper Facilities Partners is a facilities company in Sacramento with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
