Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Bluepeak Loom Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Omaha. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
