Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Foxglove Glen Facilities looks after properties across the Anchorage region, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
