Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Quill Facilities Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
