Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Willow Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
