Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Harborlight Willow Markets serves neighbourhoods around Salt Lake City with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
