Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Timber Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
