Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Lumen Iron Insurance is an insurance company in Toledo with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
