Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Greenridge Cobalt Markets serves neighbourhoods around Oakland with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around online orders and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
