Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Amberfield Insurance is an insurance company in Indianapolis with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
